Great hygiene is the key to healthy teeth and gums. Along with twice daily flossing we recommend the following:

Brush at least two times a day

Brush at least 2 minutes and 15 seconds

When flossing, move floss up & down several times, not just once.


When brushing, focus on one tooth at a time. Work the bristles between the teeth as well as the full length of the tooth, all the way up to the gum line.

We recommend the Oral-B electric toothbrushes, 4,000, 5,000 and 9,000 series. More information can be found here: Oral-B

We see best results with round toothbrush heads. They are either called Precision or Flexisoft and change brush heads every 2-3 months.
